Welcome to Seal Pro Masters.
We are a sealcoating and asphalt maintenance company based in Greenwood, in western Albemarle County. We protect and extend the life of driveways, parking lots and roadways for homeowners, businesses, schools and property managers across Charlottesville, Albemarle County and Central Virginia — and we are built on reliability, professionalism and doing the whole job rather than the visible part of it.
Well-maintained asphalt is not a cosmetic question.
With years of industry experience, we understand that asphalt in good condition is a matter of safety, durability and curb appeal — in that order. A surface that is cracking is letting water into its own base. A lot with faded striping is a lot where people park badly and the fire lane gets blocked. A pothole is a trip hazard and a claim waiting to happen. None of that is about appearance, even though fixing it happens to look excellent.
So we use high-quality materials and proven techniques, and we sequence the work properly: cracks filled and failures patched before any sealer goes down, and striping onto a cured surface rather than under one. From sealcoating and crack filling to line striping, every project is handled with precision and care — and no matter the size, the aim is a smooth, long-lasting finish rather than one that photographs well on the day.
