Information we collect
When you submit our estimate form we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, phone number, email address and ZIP code, along with anything you tell us about the job. We ask for your ZIP code specifically so we can confirm you are inside our service territory before we book a visit. If you call or text us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us. Where a job proceeds we will also hold your property address and, if applicable, payment details.
Like most websites, our host also records basic technical information automatically — IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited and time spent, and the referring website. We use it to understand whether the site is working, not to build a profile of you.
How we use it
To provide and manage our sealcoating and asphalt maintenance services: responding to your enquiry, scheduling appointments, providing quotes, carrying out the work, sending confirmations, invoices and updates, improving our website and services, and complying with our legal obligations. If you gave consent to marketing messages we may also send occasional offers or seasonal reminders, and you can stop those at any time without affecting your service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website or deliver our services — our website host, and the customer relationship and form platform that receives our estimate requests — under confidentiality obligations and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where required to comply with the law, a court order or a government request, or in connection with a merger, sale or acquisition of our business.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and to keep proper business records, including for tax and accounting purposes. If you would like your details removed and there is no legal or operational reason for us to keep them, ask and we will remove them.

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyse website traffic, improve the user experience and store preferences. The embedded estimate form is provided by our customer relationship platform and may set its own cookies so that your submission works correctly. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though the embedded form may not.

We implement reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

What we send.
