Seal Pro Masters offers professional sealcoating and asphalt maintenance services — sealcoating, crack filling and repair, pothole patching and asphalt repair, line striping and pavement markings — for residential and commercial properties throughout Charlottesville and Central Virginia. Service availability may vary based on location, weather and seasonal demand.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Seal Pro Masters, and “you” means the person or organisation requesting or receiving services.
Estimates and scheduling
All estimates are free and are based on the information you provide and on the condition of the surface at the time we inspected it. Estimates may be revised following a site inspection, or if the scope changes once work begins — if the surface turns out to need repairs that were not visible, we will talk to you about the revised price before carrying them out rather than after.
Scheduling is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, and sealcoating in particular depends on temperature and a dry curing window. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. Moving your date because the forecast changed is us protecting the work, not us being unreliable: sealer applied into cold or wet conditions does not cure properly.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks and cash. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.
Your responsibilities
Please ensure we have access to the work area on the scheduled day, and remove vehicles, trailers, furniture, planters and any other obstacles from the surface before we arrive. Sealcoating and striping need the whole surface clear, and a vehicle that cannot be moved usually means an area that cannot be treated.
Tell us in advance about any hazards or special conditions — drainage issues, delicate surfaces, irrigation heads, low-voltage lighting, septic components, buried lines, or anything else in or beside the pavement that equipment should not find. If it is not marked and not mentioned, we cannot be responsible for it.
Cure times and use of the surface
Sealcoating is typically dry to the touch within 4 to 8 hours, and needs 24 to 48 hours before vehicles are driven or parked on it. Those figures move with temperature and humidity, so we will give you the real numbers for your surface on the day. Using a surface before it has cured can mark, scuff or lift the coating, and damage caused that way is not covered by our warranty.
Limited warranty
Seal Pro Masters provides a limited warranty for workmanship and materials under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper maintenance or use, acts of God such as flooding or earthquakes, or premature wear from high-traffic use or harsh chemicals. Please contact us within 14 days of service if you believe warranty coverage may apply.
Sealcoating is a maintenance coating rather than a structural repair. It protects and extends the life of sound asphalt; it does not fill large cracks or potholes, and it cannot correct a failing base or a drainage problem. Where a surface needs repair before it needs sealing we will tell you, and where a surface is beyond what maintenance can achieve we will tell you that too.
Our satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely thrilled with the results, tell us promptly and we will go the extra mile to make it right. This guarantee covers the quality of our workmanship and is separate from, and additional to, the limited warranty above.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
All content, logos, graphics and text on our website and promotional materials are the property of Seal Pro Masters and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

We try to keep this website accurate, but the content here is general information rather than a promise about a specific surface. Timings, intervals and recommendations on this site are typical figures; what your pavement actually needs is established at the estimate.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia. We may update these Terms at any time; the effective date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This website and our services are intended for adults. Seal Pro Masters operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
- How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (434) 204-4282. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

- Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
- Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
